TERMO PLUS® is Vitafor's thermogenic designed to help you at all times of the day.
TERMO PLUS® is a dietary supplement based on amino acids, natural caffeine, vitamins and minerals. More energy for training results in better training, and better training accelerates the expected results. Even when resting, you can do more.
Scientific Data:
To stay alive, we need energy. The functioning of our organs, the maintenance of body temperature and every activity that the organism performs to stay alive consume energy¹. Even at rest, our body needs energy to maintain vital functions, which is called basal metabolism. When we want to lose weight, we need to consume fewer calories than our body needs, and thermogenics can help in this process, acting on the oxidation of fats to generate energy¹.
Our total calorie expenditure is the sum of our basal metabolism plus the energy consumption resulting from our activities. The more active a person's life, the greater their energy consumption¹. We associate energy expenditure with exercise, but there are foods that also help increase this expenditure, known as thermogenics. These foods increase calorie expenditure by speeding up the metabolism, contributing to weight loss¹.
Another application for thermogenics is their use as pre-workout supplements. When used before training, in addition to increasing calorie expenditure, many of them act as stimulants, contributing to improved sports performance¹.
