• Ensure commitment to compliance with material specifications and service provision related to food safety;

• Promote skills and awareness related to Food Safety at all levels of the organization;

• Maintain internal and external communication with all stakeholders regarding the production of safe food;

• Provide the necessary resources to maintain continuous improvement in all processes, with emphasis on the Quality and Food Safety Management System.
