Collection: Exchanges & returns

Vitafor Europe is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Based on Portuguese and European Union laws, we have established the following exchange policy for purchases made on our website:

  1. Right of Withdrawal:

    • According to current legislation, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase and request an exchange or return of the product up to 14 days after receipt, without needing to justify the decision.
  2. Conditions for Return and Exchange:

    • Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, and in their original packaging.
    • Vitafor Europe will cover the cost of the first return or exchange of products, organizing collection through our carrier.
    • To start the exchange or return process, the customer must contact us via email at help@vitaforeurope.com or by phone at +351 963 739 988.
  3. Refund and Exchange Process:

    • Once the products are received and inspected, the exchange will be processed or the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
    • In case of exchange, if the desired product is in stock, it will be sent to the customer at no additional cost. If the product is not available, the customer may choose to receive a similar product or a full refund of the purchase.
  4. Exceptions:

    • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate rapidly.
  5. Exchange for Non-Conformities:

    • In the case of products that are defective or not as described at the time of purchase, the customer has up to 90 days from the date of delivery to inform Vitafor Europe and request an exchange.
    • The product will undergo a technical analysis to verify the presence of a manufacturing defect. If confirmed, the customer may choose to exchange the product or receive a refund.
    • If the defect is not confirmed, the product will be returned to the customer.
  6. Exchange Deadline:

    • We have a period of up to 30 calendar days, counting from the date the product is posted, to verify the requirements and process the exchange. If the product in stock is similar, it will be automatically sent to the customer. If the product is out of stock, the customer will be offered a refund or an alternative product.

Important: This exchange policy is established in accordance with the Portuguese Consumer Protection Code and European Union guidelines. We recommend that customers review this policy when making purchases on our website to understand all their rights and obligations.
